1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at ddesignsatelier@gmail.com before placing the order to confirm shipping availability and charges.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase.
Made-to-order or customized items may require 7–10 business days for processing.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update email with tracking details once dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
For prepaid orders:
Standard Shipping: ₹100 – ₹250 (depending on item/category)
Free Shipping may be available for select promotional offers.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
An additional COD fee may apply (typically ₹50 – ₹150).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10+ business days
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, natural events, or regional restrictions.

We work with trusted and reliable courier services like:

Blue Dart
India Post
DTDC
Shiprocket partner network
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
7. Delays or Exceptions
While we strive to meet promised timelines, there might be exceptions:
Local lockdowns or government restrictions
Natural calamities or weather-related issues
Unexpected courier service disruptions
We will notify you in case of any delay.
