Cancellation & Refund Policy

At D’ Designs, we take utmost care in delivering quality-checked products to our valued customers. However, in the rare event of receiving a defective product, we offer a limited return facility under the conditions mentioned below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following case:

If the customer receives a defective or damaged product upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The customer must share a full-length unedited parcel opening video starting from the outer package (before opening) and continuing till the product is fully unpacked and clearly shown.

The video must have no cuts, pauses, or edits and should be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted in the absence of such a video proof.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:

If the customer changes their mind about the color, design, or fabric after delivery.

Slight color variation due to camera, lighting, or screen display differences.

Minor weaving imperfections such as knots, slubs, or thread thickness in handloom or traditional weaves, which are part of the fabric’s natural character and not considered defects.


3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Size or fit issues

Personal preference change

Misjudgment of fabric texture or drape

Please read the product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us with queries before placing your order.


4. Refunds (If Return is Approved)

If your return is approved based on the above criteria:

You will receive a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your original order was shipped under a Free Shipping offer, ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling charges.

Shipping charges for returning the product to us must be borne by the customer. 


5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at ddesignsatelier@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 63639 15491 with your order ID, parcel opening video, and reason for return.

Our team will review the video and get back to you within 2-5 business days.


6. Important Notes

Parcel opening video is mandatory for any return consideration.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
